Energy Conservation
The District Department of the Environment helps District residents to conserve energy. Qualification is based on a survey to determine if a structure is eligible.
Services may include caulking, weatherstripping, adding or replacing storm doors and windows, furnace repair or replacement and other low- and moderate-cost options.
